Today's topic is Jamboard, one of the web 2.0 tools. It is an interactive board developed by Google. It is included in the Google Apps family. It is used as a whiteboard while introducing a new topic. So let's see what benefits Jamboard has.
- First of all, it can be easily accessed from a web browser.
- It is great for preparing posters, group projects and many more on a specific subject.
- It can be used both synchronously and asynchronously.
- It provides cooperation and interaction between students, and makes them a part of the lesson.
- You can quickly retrieve images you find in a Google search, automatically save the work to the cloud, use an easy-to-read handwriting and shape recognition tool, and write with a stylus and erase them with your finger just like on a whiteboard. It's as simple as a whiteboard, but much smarter.
- It makes it easy for students and educators to participate in creative work from their phones, tablets or Chromebooks.
- It is easy to use. Students and teachers can make Jam from everywhere.
For all these reasons and more, Jamboard is a perfect tool for students and teachers!
